daily post 7

these are the beautiful faces of down syndrome.

these are the faces that smiled so big it warmed me from the inside out. these faces are the reason that i am a photographer...to capture real human emotion. emotion that is so innocent and pure, i wanted to hug each and every one of them (and i did get some fabulous hugs).

i feel lucky and blessed to be involved with the down syndrome support group for a calendar project. i was only a part of these kids lives for a short while, but it was enough to melt my little heart.

Oh how i envy you! I'd love to be a part of a project like that. I love these sweet DS people so much, I was able to serve them for a little while when I was a teenager. Just looking at these pictures they melt your heart, they are truly special people and I feel the keep all of life's secrets tucked deep in their hearts. You did a great job at capturing them!
